Christmas spot DogMoments.art

For Dog Moments Art we created a low-budget Christmas commercial. The story of the commercial tells the story of how dogs can bring people together and foster human togetherness. Through several scenes, we created a story that will warm the audience’s heart and remind them of the true value of Christmas. We are glad to have had the opportunity to support the exceptional value and products of Dog Moments Art through our work. We believe the spot will make the target audience smile, feel joy and help build a relationship with the brand.

Script of the advertising spot

Change the plan. Tear down your idea of a day off and replace it with helping someone else. It takes the power of belonging. Out of belonging and empathy, the most beautiful Christmas gifts are created. That’s how the gift in the story in our commercial will be created.

Basic designs

The production of the commercial spot was managed to allow editing of the resulting video for both horizontal and vertical use.

Horizontal video composition

The horizontal composition allows to work with the main plot but also with the context of the story. This makes it possible to tell the story in a more descriptive way. To watch the video in this design, more concentration and a larger viewing area (TV, PC, tablet or mobile phone in landscape orientation) is required.

Vertical video composition

The vertical version was created by cutting from a landscape 4K production. This process made the production cheaper and less time consuming. However, the production also needed to focus on checking the proposed composition for the final cut for the vertical video.

Vertical video is devoid of the depiction of context and focuses on the subjects of the action. This makes the video easier to consume. It is ideal for dissemination via social networks.

Packshot

In contrast to the standard ads, we did not place the logo and key message at the end of the spot, but instead at the very beginning. Deployment of the ad spot counts with the environment of online social networks and video platforms. In this environment, the viewing of the entire video is to a significantly lesser extent than in a TV commercial where the viewer watches the entire ad block.

Important micromoments

In addition to the main theme of togetherness, we also communicate the mission of the Dog Moments Art brand. This is the acceptance of dogs in the human world. This value is supported by the depiction of the dog and the main character in the café. Access to cafes, restaurants and the like is still not commonplace. Dog Moments Art hopes to change that with their approach.

The micro demonstration of the simplicity of image creation is the second value supported. The scene of the dog being photographed and the scene in the café show that an image can be shot, created and ordered with a mobile phone in a short time.

As a last mention of the message contained in the packshot. This contains the slogan “The most beautiful dog treats”. The information showcases the narrow focus and focused efforts to create and optimize its products to the needs of dog lovers.
