We have prepared a new DL voucher for AUTO SWAM, which customers will receive when buying a used vehicle from their offer. The main goal was to create an attractive visual and at the same time a practical tool that motivates new car owners to use AUTO SWAM services at their nearest oil service.
Project objective
AUTO SWAM wanted to reinforce customer confidence in their service and at the same time provide a concrete reason to come to them for your first service. The “oil for €1” offer is a powerful benefit – the challenge for the graphics was to communicate this benefit in a clean, modern and compelling way.
Solution
We designed a DL coupon with a premium look based on the visual identity of AUTO SWAM. The voucher has two parts – the customer receives a tear-off slip, which they hand in at the opening of the order at the service centre.



Key graphic elements:
prominent headline “Service inspection – oil for 1 €” in the spotlight, modern contrast between the dark and light part of the coupon, clean layout, legible typography and logic that gives the impression of professional car service, with space for filling in the vehicle details, date of issue and identity of the service, TOTAL co-operative branding to increase credibility
When designing, we focused on making the coupon not only visually appealing, but also practical when actually used in the branch.
Result
The result is a voucher that instantly communicates value and benefit to customers while supporting the strategic goal of bringing owners of freshly purchased used vehicles back to AUTO SWAM.
The coupon thus fulfils two tasks:
– The customer gets a clear benefit.
– AUTO SWAM gets the opportunity to present the quality of its service and build a long-term relationship.
This project is another example of how professional graphic design can support a client’s business goals and improve the customer experience from the very first contact.
